Dear John,

I'm happy to provide you documentation of your involvement with Special Love through our annual gala at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, MD.When Patty Hawk first introduced you to Special Love, we had no idea that you'd be helping us generate an average of $10,000 yearly with your inkind services.

At our inaugural gala in 2007, which celebrated Special Love's 25th anniversary, you provided "Dinner for 8," with Bill and Patty Hawk taking
care of the food and wine expense. It was one of the highest-grossing items on the list and, in the five years since, has grown to "Dinner for 20" and is our premiere auction item, generating nearly three times more proceeds than its nearest competitor. To date, your generous services have raised more than $50,000 for Special Love!

More than just the quality of the food you provide, our winning bidders particularly enjoy the friendly and casual ambience your outings create. It is a pleasure to work with you -and dine with you!

Let me know if I can be of further service -and thanks so much again for your contributions to our gala -they wouldn't be the same without you!

Sincerely,

David Smith
CEO

Dear John,

Thank you again for everything you and your team did to make our recent event a success. Please feel free to use my testimonial below to help in your future business endeavors.

"It's not easy to create an event where guests come away feeling honored and bonded to one another because of the unique experience they have shared. When we teamed up with Chef John Moeller to plan an intimate business dinner to impress our most treasured clients and prospective customers, that's exactly what we delivered.

If you've ever had the head chef of a restaurant check on your table during your visit, you know the exclusive feeling it evokes. But imagine the chef takes you on a private journey throughout your meal, filled with stories that make each course come to life. Inspiring, heartfelt and humorous, John's anecdotes have as much range as his culinary talents and his presence blends worldly experiences with a humble down-to-earth attitude that immediately draws listeners in and keeps them entertained.

This special event left the President of our company saying, "How are we going to top that?" and guests are still talking about the experience. Not only did he delight the palate dish after dish but his diverse stories captivated all who were present. John gave our guests a peek into another world and delivered an original event that is hard to find elsewhere."

Sincerely,

Melanie E. Rimmer
Assistant Vice President of Marketing

Dear Chef:

Thank you for preparing such a wonderful meal for me and my leadership team at the City of Refuge. We enjoyed every course immensely and your stories from your experiences at the White House were especially entertaining.

Please find enclosed one of our popular cookbooks, highlighting dishes using our products. I thought you might find some inspiration here to incorporate Coca-Cola into one of your creations.

All best wishes and thank you again for a memorable meal and more importantly, for the work you are doing with the City of Refuge.

Warm regards. Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:

Chef John Moeller is a remarkable professional expert on food, service, and politics when it comes to the world of dining. Recently, John recreated and prepared for us an exclusive authentic White House Dinner for over one hundred donors as a fundraiser for our historic theater. The following day, he gave a conversation lecture before several hundred ticket buyers to great success_ Our donors told me it was one of the best fundraisers they had ever attended, and gave accolades to the exclusive meal they enjoyed.

John is a joy to work with, a total professional_ He has had one of the most interesting careers I can think of, which he generously shares with an audience. I completely recommend Chef Moeller for events you may be considering and his "Dining at the White House" book is a rich, illustrated marvel of a book.

Testimonials

Dear John:

Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you for helping make Philharmonious, the Fort Wayne Philharmonic's new Gala, such a huge success. This was due, in no small part, to your artistry and active involvement.

From the selection of the menu items and training an unfamiliar staff to prepare and beautifully display the food, to the White House anecdotes you so charmingly shared with our attendees, the evening was pure magic.

We raised more than 200% of our goal and people are already asking when are we planning to schedule Phil harmonious II, a sign that it was a great party with exemplary food.

Thank you again, be well, and happy cooking!

To Whom It May Concern:

It is my distinct honor to stand in support of John Moeller. I have had the pleasure to know Chef John Moeller for a few years, beginning with the CTC schools in Lancaster where he was teaching and assisting with the various charities associated with the school and within the
county.

John grew up in Lancaster and pursued a career in the culinary field which led him to the White House cooking for 3 first families starting in 1992 with George HW Bush, then with President William Jefferson Clinton and also George W Bush. After returning to Lancaster in 2010, he opened his catering business named State of Affairs Catering. He also wrote a book about his years at the White House titled Dining at the White House. Currently, he is doing a book tour and also entertaining audiences speaking about his experiences and/or creating dinners with recipes from his book.

His presence is a draw or any events, and his professionalism and passion for his crafts puts him in high regard for his services. I am more than happy to offer my recommendation for him in any capacity.

Please contact my at any time should you decide that additional information in respect to Chef John.
